As a couple we have over 15 years full time expertise in Property Management – managing homes from Papamoa to Pukehina and everything in between. 

We have been immersed in the unique local rental conditions this area offers, including all the ‘ups & downs’  During this time we have always operated a ‘hands-on’, professional approach to managing each individual owners rental property with the utmost care and responsibility.

We started our own Business in 2012 when we left the rental division of a real estate company in Te Puke.  

We are Independent of any real estate or other company, Specialising in Property Management; where you are not only dealing with a property manager but the owners of the company.
